We are working with a growing PR / Communications business and they are looking for a creative and energetic Office Manager to join the business.

This is an immediate need, so candidate must be able to start ASAP or on short notice

Reporting into the HR Manager, the role will be responsible for all aspects of office management for the firm, including reception duties, communications, IT management and overseeing social coordination of office events.

This is a fantastic role which will be extremely varied. They are looking for candidates who are extremely personable, bubbly, outgoing and hold excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Key duties will include;

•Working with the HR Manager to maintain all office facilities
•Office Presentation and cleaning - manage relationship with service providers - cleaning, rubbish removal and recycling etc.
•Managing office supplies and suppliers, including Heating, Air Conditioning & Electricity, Stationery, Food & Drink, Meeting catering, Staff Kitchenette, Company branded stationery,
•Adding new starters to the HR Portal and sending out introductory emails to the business to welcome them.
•Office Reception - Be the face and positive first impression of the business, greeting guests and visitors
•Managing and distributing the post -both in and out.
•Communications - In charge of in-house telephone system and handsets for new starters, resolving any IT issues, liasing with the IT team etc
•Office Security - management of alarm maintenance supplier, monitoring and issuing of office fobs, keys, Fire Risk Assessment and Fire evacuation procedures and processes
•IT Management - Responsible for IT efficiencies, setting up new employees computers and emails
•Client gifts and incentives, Organising client events, monitoring of staff birthdays etc
•Responsible for social events for staff

For this role candidates must have proven experience working at this level and be able to come in and hit the ground running.

Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to organise, work independently and be confident driving things forward.
