Job Information

We are working with an innovative PR business that is looking to recruit for a Stand-alone Internal Recruitment Coordinator to manage the whole process of the recruitment for the company. You will work with the senior management to effectively manage the recruitment process.

Main duties include;

• Ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, from creating job specifications, sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and the offer process.
• Logging and tracking candidates
• Conduct initial CV reviews, screening interviews and short listing of candidates
• Working alongside line managers to discover their needs and create the job descriptions based on their needs.
• Take responsibility for all recruitment administration, including: advertising roles, arranging of interviews, drafting offer letters, contracts, regret after interview letters, induction and safe screen management and change to terms and conditions.
• Using different methods to source candidates, Job Ads, LinkedIn, Headhunting, Job Boards etc.
• Managing all CVs and ensuring there are no duplicates from different agencies.
• Keeping a database of candidates who didn’t join the business but might join the future.
• Scheduling interviews and other meetings and ensure that the relevant testing is provided to for the correct candidates.
• Ensuring the interviewers have the relevant information to perform the interviews : such as feedback from the previous round and candidate information.
• Ensuring that candidates and recruiters receive constructive feedback within 24 hours
• Keeping track of the yearly recruitment plan : planned hires, actual hires and company leavers.
• Supporting the graduate recruitment process
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and keeping them up-to-date with any developments and recruitment needs
• Provide details of offers and other feedback to the Senior Management Team.



For this role candidates will need to have proven recruitment experience, dealing with the whole process. Internal recruiters and agency recruiters will be considered for the role.

Experience recruiting for roles such as PR, Marketing, Media or Advertising would be advantageous.
