My client, based in Central London : right next to Liverpool St Station, are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team. This role will be reporting to the Executive Director and will be on a fixed term maternity contract basis of 12 months.

Main Duties:

• Diary management
• Document preparation/production
• Email management
• Minute taking
• Preparation of meeting packs
• Expenses handling
• Presentation preparation
• General Office administration

Key Skills:

• 3 years’ + in a similar accounts assistant role
