My client, based in Central London : right next to Liverpool St Station, are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team. This role will be reporting to the Executive Director and will be on a fixed term maternity contract basis of 12 months.Main Duties:
Diary management
Document preparation/production
Email management
Minute taking
Preparation of meeting packs
Expenses handling
Presentation preparation
General Office administration
Key Skills:
3 years + in a similar accounts assistant role
