My client has a strong management structure and a workforce that is flexible in meeting customer's requirements - highly successful and looking for someone who can be a role model for all employees on site adding value to the current HR team.

Key Accountabilities:
*Provide HR support and to be advisory service to all business units with respect of HR policies and procedures - advising managers on matters regarding grievance, discipline, maternity, paternity.
*Ensure consistency is delivered throughout the site for process and outcomes.
*Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations liaising with Group Solicitors to pass onto Senior HR.
*Make recommendations to develop and HR policies and procedures for approval so that they conform to legislation and remain relevant to the needs of the business
*Support managers throughout the recruitment process
*Proactively manage absences on site working closely with the Occupational Health in order to reduce absence.

The ideal candidate must be qualified to at least CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with sound generalist HR experience and knowledge of current HR & Payroll legislation.
