Cameron James is working with a Global Manufacturing company who are recruiting for a Part Time HR and Office Administrator (20 Hours).

This is a new role to provided assistance to the HR Director with HR Administration duties and you will be the first point of contact for HR queries for managers and employees, Worldwide the company has around 2,000 employees; the London Office has around 15 employees.

Duties include:

• Administration of the legal contract and HR Databases and hard copy files.
• Undertake a review of HR document and retention policies and practices and make recommendation for improvements. Implement agreed improvements.
• First point of contact for managers and employees within Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
• Administration of HR Master Document files.
• Administration of the Recruitment and Selection within EMEA and Asia, including liaison with recruitment agencies.
• Issuing of standard contracts within this region and producing employee letters as and when required.
• Setting up new employees within Europe with the specific pension provider and registration for any other benefits.
• Organising the employee on-boarding within these areas : including any product training and right to work checks.
• Administration of performance process.
• Organise the attendance of disciplinary and grievance meeting and taking minutes in the meetings.
• Liaison with the European Finance teams and corporate HR in regards to starters, leavers and compensation changes.
• Administration of the company’s global compliance training programme, including liaising with the online training providers, managing the training database.
• Assisting with the collation of document packs for Board and Board Committee meetings and assisting with diarising meeting dates.
• Calendar management and travel organisation for the HR Director.

Person Specification:

• Educated to degree level or holding CIPD.
• Previous experience working within an HR team, with awareness of HR processes and procedures.
• Experience liaising with all levels across the organisation.
• High quality written and verbal communication skills.
