My exclusive client, a leader in delivering change and improvements to the local community have embarked on a journey of change and new opportunities.
As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will be partnering with an experienced OD Manager to produce and deliver an innovative and engaging L&D function. This is a time of significant change for the organisation who support 460 employees.
You will liaise and engage with Line Managers and Key Stakeholders across many levels of the organisation.
This is a “seachange” time for the L&D function which is now pivotal in delivering a “coaching for performance” methodology.
Within the role, you will be jointly driving:
Development Reviews
Skills Analysis
Leadership Coaching
Talent Management Tracking
Culture & Values Awareness
Developing the existing Internal L&D platform to be more seamless
Research and introduce new e-learning options
Involvement with Apprenticeship Training Development
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified within a clearly defined L&D Delivery role in your present role. Current training delivery experience is essential to make a swift and significant impact the changing organisation.
As an individual, you will be able to deliver change in a varied and appropriate manner to a varied community of stakeholders. You will “buy in to new ideas” with a clear customer focus where the business is our customer.
You will be a “finisher”, someone who completes assignments with attention to final detail.
