Salary: Β£20,000 - Β£23,000

Cameron James are currently working with one of Europe’s market leading retail specialists in their search for a Sales Support Executive to join their reputable and successful team on a permanent basis. This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone to use their extensive skill set in helping drive the company forward.

This is an extremely varied role and will require an ambitious individual who is able to multitask and deal with a variety of responsibilities at any given time. The main responsibility of the role will be to support the Sales Operation through;

• Carrying out general administrative duties including processing orders through the system.
• Updating customers on order information.
• Liaise with customers to chase orders/requirements.
• Liaise with sales team in order to provide product information to customers.
• Maintenance of the product showroom.
• Maintaining and organising product samples ensuring they are available for photography, customer demo’s and sales pitches.
• Ensuring all product information such as pricing, descriptions and availability are to hand.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM database on a regular basis.
• Answer and manage any general customer enquiries.
• Assist in the organisation and execution of trade shows, exhibitions and events.
• Booking relevant trade shows and exhibitions ensuring stands and relevant equipment are booked.
• Booking all staff accommodation for events and exhibitions.
• Preparing stock samples ensuring all pricing and product information is labelled and up to date.
• Assist in any aspects of sales when required.
• To assist in sales and product administration when required.

Due to the varied nature of this role, my client is looking for an extremely focussed individual who has the ability to take on large workloads and work under pressure whilst working autonomously. The ideal candidate will have a University degree in a related subject such as Business, Marketing, Events etc… Other requirements include;

• Experience of using social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin)
• First class organisation skills with the ability to multi task.
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Power Point, SAGE.
• Previous experience within a Sales, Sales Support or Marketing role will be highly advantageous.
