Cameron James is currently working with an extremely ambitious and forward thinking company in their search for an Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a truly exciting time to join the company, as they have plans to grow rapidly and move in to new state of the art offices in the near future. My client is a two-time Guinness World Record Holder and has established relationships with some extremely influential and well respected celebrities in addition to globally renowned institutions.

The main responsibility of the role will be to provide first class administrative support to the executive team on site. Other responsibilities include;

• Arranging national and international travel itineraries.
• Extensive diary management including making personal appointment.
• Assisting and executing in arranging and organising private functions, events and exhibitions.
• Arranging venues and refreshments.
• Greeting visitors and managing hospitality aspect of events/meetings.
• Schedule meetings ensuring all relevant parties are informed and attendance is confirmed.
• Attending meetings to take minutes whilst recording and monitoring action points.
• Dealing with general enquiries by telephone, email and post.
• Producing internal and external correspondence/documentation as instructed.
• Liaising with suppliers, stakeholders and all staff.
• Devising, maintaining and updating office systems including data input/management.
• Managing general administrative duties such as document control; scanning, photocopying, printing etc…
• Providing assistance with any ad hoc projects.
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties as requested by members of the Executive team.

This is an extremely varied role and so requires the chosen candidate to have extensive experience within an Office Manager, Administrator, PA or Executive Assistant role. Due to the fast-paced nature of both the role and the company, the candidate must have the ability to work autonomously whilst using their own initiative and managing their own workload. Other core skills required include;

• First class verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage, prioritise and juggle various tasks at once. This will require excellent time management skills, working under pressure and to tight deadlines with focus on attention to detail whilst ensuring quality of work is not compromised.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• A flexible, ambitious, enthusiastic and driven approach to work.
