My client based in Hatfield are looking to recruit an Administrator. This role is immediately available and will be responsible for assisting the team in the smooth running of the sales & finance department.

Main Duties:

· Administration duties

· Engage with customers over the phone

· Taking customer orders

· Maintain & build customer relations

· Actively seek out new customers

· Educate customers on products and procedures

· Resolve any customer queries

· Ensure data is accurately imported

· Receive invoice queries from customers

Ideal Candidate:

· Experience in a sales role

· Attention to detail

· Strong admin skills
