Cameron James is proud to be working in partnership with a family owned FMCG Company. They are looking for an HR Generalist to join their team on a perm basis based in Cheshire.

The successful person will be able to manage a 360 Generalist role within a team and reporting to the Operations Director Ideally from a similar background, the main necessity is for this person to have worked or willing to work in a standalone role and cover all aspects of HR.

The main responsibilities within this position are:

• Provide advice and guidance on ER matters, HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date
• Advise on with maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave processes and queries.
• Control of payrolls, ensuring that information inputted is accurate and appropriately authorised.
• Manage the recruitment life cycle; advertise, shortlist cvs, conduct interviews etc
• Analyse New Starter and Exit Interview Reviews.
• Monthly Absence Analysis and liaison with managers to work on absence cases.
• Ensuring that HR records are accurate, current and contain appropriate personal information

Key skills required:

• CIPD Qualified ideally
• Have a full Generalist experience
• Confident in a standalone role and leading various projects / cases
• IT literate
• Positive can do attitude and ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing sector would be desirable
