My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service role in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business who is looking for someone confident with excellent customer service to be able to join a business and build a relationship with their own clients.

You will be allocated a portfolio of warm clients who you will manage on a day to day basis, in order to build the relationship and increase their sales.

Duties will include:

� Upselling of products
� Maintaining relationships
� Dealing with sales queries
� Sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers
� Issuing quotations and within margin limits
� Negotiating terms with customers
� Confirming orders and managing
� Liaising with logistics departments to arranging transportation and maintaining profiles
� Issuing invoices
� Updating customers with status of orders
� Confirming good received

Offering a competitive salary of c£20000 - £23500 per annum

An additional language is ideal but not essential
