Job Information
Cameron James is working with a rapidly expanding Insurance Company who is looking to develop their HR team of 3 with a HR Advisor.This role encompasses the whole of the HR Generalist remit and is a really exciting role where you will be able to get involved in the different projects in the HR team.
Main duties include:
• Provided HR support and Advising managers on all HR issues
• Advising managers on Performance Management and supporting this process.
• Updating the company Handbook and Policies and Procedures
• Advising and training managers on Recruitment best practice and interviewing skills.
• Help create and maintain a recruitment PSL
• Employee Relations : Disciplinaries, Grievances, Investigation
• Project support : including implementing a new HR and Payroll system, introducing a onboarding/life cycle process
• HR Administration : Offer Letters, Contracts etc
• Training and L&D
The right person for the role will:
• Be self-driven and able to lead on projects alone
• Be able to take responsibility for actions and advise managers
• The role has the potential for progression, so a career driven individual is ideal
• Insurance background is ideal but not essential.
