Job Information

Cameron James is working with a Financial Services Company, who is looking for a Temporary HR Manager, to manage the HR team and provide a hand over to the new HR Manager for 2-3 Months.

This is a Generalist role, covering 304 employees. Main Duties include:

• Managing and Monitoring the Effectiveness of the HR team
• Continuous consulting and problem solving
• Training of new joiners on the companies Policies and Procedures
• HR Reporting : working with HR Generalist to provide monthly HR Metrics reports
• Liaise with Head of HR about approval for new recruits
• Liaising with Hiring Manager to prepare job descriptions, jobs ads etc
• Interview and prepare contracts and new joiner documentation
• Company Inductions : setting up new employees on different systems
• Reviews at the end of probationary periods
• Inputting and maintain employee data on the HR Database
• Maintain both current and past employee data
• Provide Support and Guidance to line managers on ER related issues : Redunancy, Disciplinary & Grievances, Dismissals
• Consulting with Internal and External lawyers, as necessary and provide support to managers
• Managing employee benefits
• Assisting with performance management
• Conduct maternity risk assessment
• Training and Development : organising training for managers on various HR topics
• Ad hoc projects :

Person Requirements:

• You must be an experience HR Manager
• CIPD Qualified
• Professional Demeanour and Strong Interpersonal Skills
