My client, a global recruitment business require, experienced Account Managers who will be responsible for the full management of large volume accounts providing staff on a national basis.

The successful applicants will have full experience of the recruitment cycle in particular; search and selection; interview arrangements; placements including : negotiation on rates and contractual arrangements. Post Sales support is also an important aspect.

The key function of the role will be to manage an account ensuring that the client’s expectations and requirements are fully satisfied. A large degree of flexibility to cover demand is essential.

My client has achieved 30% year on year organic growth providing any new recruiter with an opportunity to progress into a management position and further, should you have the desire and drive.
