Job Information

To provide business support to the Financial Advisors, working within the agreed business objectives

To provide shadow support as required

To maintain the highest possible ethical and professional standards at all times

Administrator

• To assist with non-advisory administration , plus provide administrative support
• Current and detailed knowledge of intermediary market in financial services
• Ad hoc admin duties to include mail shots, general correspondence
• Preparing research, agendas and paperwork for client review meetings
• Administrative support to encompass the processing of research, new business and client valuations
• To act as a liaison point for clients and providers
• To maintain and update client information
• To provide ad-hoc shadow support for the office

Qualification requirements and Experience

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Knowledge of Financial Services Software would be an advantage
• Have at least 2 years’ relevant experience within Financial Services, plus experience within report writing
