Cameron James are working with an Research and Development Organisation who are looking to recruit for an In-House Recruiter to join their HR team of 6 to manage the whole process of recruitment.

You will be reporting into the HR Director and your main duties include;

• Managing the recruitment process End-to-End;
• Maintaining the recruitment database of vacancies and candidates to ensure accurate reporting;
• Negotiating salary and package details with candidates
• Promoting the company as an employer of choice, on Social Media and at Recruitment Fairs and other events;
• Marketing vacancies through Job Ads, liaising with recruitment agencies;
• Organising any pre-testing before interviews;
• Organising and attending interviews;
• Coordinating employee inductions;
• Providing feedback and responses to applicants and agencies in a timely manor.

You must have;

• Experience recruiting In-House for a variety of roles
• Experience using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
• Experience working within a HR team
• Fully proficient in MS Office

For this roles location having your own transport would be beneficial, they have their own car park.
