Cameron James is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company with a global presence. They are looking for an HR advisor to join their team on a perm basis.



Reporting to the HR Manager as HR Advisor you will provide and manage all operational HR matter.



Responsibilities include:

• Generalist HR duties
• Dealing with all ER cases, disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management
• Dealing with recruitment & selection
• Building a strategic partnership with the senior management team, working to achieve business objectives
• Liaising with management team to develop and implement current HR procedures
• Experience rolling out and leading employee training
• Will be involved in HR project work



• CIPD preferred but not essential
• A robust character, able to work under pressure in a busy and continuously changing environment
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
• Experience of working within a team dealing with various levels of people within the business on a day to day basis.
