My Staffordshire based client are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join their global company.

The role has been created due to increased workload, as the client is centralising a number of their sites so you will be assisting with the initial project and then take on new payrolls and coordinate the monthly payroll for several sites within the UK. Looking for candidates who have strong reporting skills and reconciliation work. Would ideally suit an AAT Qualified candidate or someone who has previously worked in payroll.

Duties include:

� Liaising with internal HR regarding pay and conditions
� Assisting with pay queries and escalating to ADP if necessary
� Updating payroll systems with all personnel changes and amendments to pay
� Ensuring compliant
� Monthly and annual pension reporting
� Providing payslip information

Key skills:

� Strong Excel skills, and previous payroll systems experience
� Report writing
� Account reconciliation
