Sales Ledger Assistant / Credit Controller

Job Information

My clients, based in Central London, are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Assistant to join their team. This role is responsible for the accounts receivable side of the finance team and reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Main duties;

- Creation of sales invoice

- Maximisation of on time, in full payments

- Establishing credit limits

- Chasing outstanding debts via telephone, email and fax

- Raise credit notes

- Generate reminder letters/monthly statements

- Allocation of incoming payments

- Bank / Payment reconciliation

- Update cash flow spreadsheet on a daily basis

Ideal candidate:

- Some experience in Sales Ledger/Credit Control

- Team player with great communication skills

This role will suit someone who is a strong, experience Credit Controller wanting to gain experience within a company.
