We are working with a fast growing and market leading IT business, that provides innovative software and IT support to organisations within the Legal industry.

Working as part of a busy and fast paced team, the role will involve providing clients with technological support, advice on technical queries and providing in-depth reporting and formatting of documents.

For this role they require someone who has excellent IT skills - strong MS Excel and a good understanding of either Linux or Windows operating systems.

This role is not purely a technical role - there will be regular contact with clients and you will be expected to interpret results and provide advice and support to non-technical people. Key Duties will include;
•Hands-on litigation technology support including the management of electronic documentation, involving the upload and organisation of material in accordance with client instruction
•Liaising directly (by telephone and email) with solicitors and barristers, advising on best practices and assisting with technical queries
•Advanced understanding and technical knowledge including the manipulation of CSV files to import and export data, reformatting and converting as necessary
•Processing exports and printing requests, assisting with the quality control process and delivery of hard copy trial bundles
•Troubleshooting client-reported issues and liaising as necessary with Software Engineering until a final resolution is reached
•Prompt and accurate recording of task information for billing
•Capturing client feedback to recommend and advocate for product enhancements
•Training new team members on all aspects of IT platforms used and internal processes.

The role would be idea for a graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar, with 6-12 months experience working in a IT / Administration role.

Strong technical awareness is required and candidates must have strong MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat and ideally candidates will have experience with Linux or Windows operating systems.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be providing support and working closely with key clients.

There are 3 shift patterns that rotate on a weekly shift arrangement - 0900 -1700, 10.30-1830 and 1400-2200.
