Job Information

My client is currently looking for a number of proven Telesales agents with demonstrable B2B experience to join their successful sales team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing historic accounts and creating first class business relationships leading the accounts to become profitable once again. Other responsibilities include;

• Proactively re-establishing previous relationships.
• General day to day account management.
• Dealing with any general enquiries, offering a first class customer service.
• Upselling products s and ensuring all orders are processed.

This is not a call centre environment and Account Managers are not put on an automatic dialler. You will be given the responsibility to manage your own pipeline and work autonomously as long as you are achieving your set KPI’s. You will be given extensive training on a weekly basis in order to help you become a highly successful Account Manager.

In order to be considered for this role the chosen candidate must have demonstrable experience in closing sales over the telephone. Other requirements include;

• Ability to build first class rapport at all business levels.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ambition to succeed and become an intrinsic part of the company.
• Target / money motivated.
• Experience of working within a Telesales role.
