Daily duties

� Business development calls
� Interviewing candidates
� Arranging interviews and meetings
� Building strong rapport with both candidates and clients
� Selling candidates to roles
� CV searching
� Meeting and exceeding targets
� Updating with candidates
� Gaining leads and converting these
� Taking and filling jobs

Ideal candidate

� Previous recruitment experience
� Or previous sales experience
� Target driven
� Excellent communication and relationship building skills
