Cameron James are excited to be working with a leading Food Production company based in Wigan who are looking for a HR Manager on a 12 Month FTC.

Managing a HR team of 5 with 2 direct reports you will manage the whole HR team and support the Board in all HR Matters.

This is a Generalist role and your duties will include;

• Developing and Implementing the HR Strategy to support the company’s business plan and structure.
• Establish and maintain an effective business focused HR function.
• Manage Recruitment and Employee Engagement
• Support all aspects of Training and Development and assist with the Managers in identifying training needs
• Manage and Evaluate the Performance Management Process.
• Provide and Advice and Support the Management team In regards to Employment and Industrial Issues.
• Investigate and carry out Disciplinary and Grievances procedures and manager Employee Relations
• Deliver the company agenda
• Budget control of HR, Training, Welfare and Occupational Health.

You must have:

• Worked within the Food/FMCG industry
• CIPD Qualified or Equivalent
• Have a strong understand of Employment Law
• A Driving License
