Job Information

Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful professional will be responsible for providing a generalist HR administrative support service to the HR team whilst acting as the first point of contact for the wider organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities consist of:

• Carry out all the administrative processes in the recruitment process, for example; prepare recruitment documents, organise recruitment time tables, draft and place adverts, log application forms, administer recruitment campaigns, sit on interview panels and administer test.
• Administer the performance management of staff and process for new employees and volunteers, for example; prepare contracts, offer letters, Volunteer agreements and process all pre-employment checks.
• Support the Administration creating new starter packs, coordinating interviews and assiating with contracts
• Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, escalating more complex issues.
• Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example; sorting post, telephone answering, devising standard Human Resources documents and letters and manage the HR inbox.

The ideal professional will:

• Have proven administration experience particularly within a HR Setting
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to liaise with professionals at various levels
• Proven experience working within a fast paced environment
• Competent using Microsoft software, including; Excel : Intermediate, PowerPoint, Word.
