Job Information

Cameron James is currently working with a manufacturing business based in Iver, Buckinghamshire who are looking for a Stand Alone HR Manager to lead the HR of the business. The company has 100 employees. Reporting to the General Manager the main duties include;

• Leading and maintaining the whole HR process
• Generalist HR
• Review and refresh the company policies and handbook
• Advising managers and employees on all HR queries and providing HR support to all 100 employees in the business
• Driving the company’s culture change and Change Management
• Training and Learning and Development - align learning and development plans such that talent is retained and performance is maximised
• TUPE
• Recruitment and Retention as well as managing the full employee life cycle.
• All aspects of HR
• Managing the payroll, inputting data and checking for discrepancies
• Leading on and managing Employee Relations cases including disciplinary and grievances, absence management and performance management.

The ideal candidate must have their CIPD level 5 and it is preferable that you can drive and have your own vehicle.

The ideal candidate must also have experience in Change Management, updating and assessing HR policies, managing the HR function and ideally come from a Manufacturing background.
