Our Client, a Leeds City Centre based firm or Financial Advisors specialising in Mortgages, Protection and Investment require a full time administrator, ideally CeMap qualified, to provide support to the Advisors.

Main Duties:

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Mortgages, Protection and Investments)

• Researching the whole of market as per the adviser’s soft fact findings using mainly Assureweb and IRESS Trigold
• Producing client Illustrations, application packs and compliance documents
• Checking, scanning and processing client applications to providers
• Producing client suitability letters
• Responding to all client queries received by telephone and/or by email
• Preparing client portfolio file packs for adviser/client meetings
