Cameron James is working with an established Housing Association who is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team.

Reporting in to the Senior HR Business Partner, your main duties include:

� Provide advisory support to managers and act as the first point of contact for general HR queries
� Supporting managers on all aspects of Generalist HR
� Employee Relations; Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance Issues, Restructuring and Redundancy Consultations
� Managing absence management - including sickness and other unplanned absences and identify ways in which to decrease absences
� Monitor, review and update all HR policies in line with current legislation
� Support the HR team with HR projects including researching, organising and planning
� HR Systems reporting and data management
� Recruitment

You must;

� Have strong Generalist experience with solid knowledge of current employment law.
� Extensive Employee relations experience
� Experience managing the people side of organisational change.
