HR Administrator

Reporting into the HR Advisor, the role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HR administration and support

The role will be varied and a hands on HR role. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Assisting the HR Advisor with all aspects of generalist HR matters
• Dealing with a range of HR support including recruitment, HR administration, Training, Starters / Leavers and HR compliance
• Recruitment - Screening CV’s and initial telephone interviews, Organising open days and interview paperwork, managing testing etc
• Starter / leaver process - completing background checks, Issuing of staff contracts, handbooks and ID cards.
• Keeping up to date with employment law and current HR practice.
• Assisting with the updating of the Staff Handbooks as required.
• Updating and maintaining personnel records in the HR database and personnel files including ID cards, enhanced DBS and health checks.
• Taking minutes at HR meetings as and when required.
• Creating staff profiles for all new staff and updating the notice board
• Maintaining and updating the statistics database for HR reporting
