Cameron James is working with an established organisation based in Ealing, and they are looking to recruit for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team.

Reporting in to the Senior HR Business Partner, the role will involve working as part of a team of 6 and will provide HR services to around 600 employees. Main duties will include;

•Provide a HR Advisory service to managers by acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries and casework; providing pragmatic advice, guidance and solutions.
•Provide comprehensive support to managers on all aspects of generalist HR work including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance issues, restructuring and redundancy, ET cases. Provide HR support at formal meetings, hearings and appeals.
•Coach, support and oversee the performance of junior people within the HR team.
•Provided advice to the business on family friendly policies, managing all cases proactively, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation, accurate and timely notification and liaison with payroll, and liaison with managers and employees.
•Take a lead role in absence management, liaising with managers to identify ways to reduce and proactively manage sickness and other unplanned absences ensuring compliance with policy and legislation. Fully utilise the employee assistance, occupational health and PHI services.
•Proactively research and keep up to date with changes in employment legislation, case law updates and best practice
•Support the Senior HRBP’s and Managers with performance management processes and actions.
•Work closely with HR colleagues to monitor, review and update all people policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
•Support the delivery of a range of HR project work by undertaking research, organising, planning, and other tasks as required.

For this role candidates will need to have proven experience at the HR Advisor level and hold strong Generalist and ER experience.

Ideally candidates will be used to be working as part of a team and have provided HR services to a large or similar client base (they have 600 employees).
