A Wealth Management firm with an outstanding reputation are looking to add an experienced IFA administrator to their office in the heart of the City.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of the back office administration function. There is opportunity to learn and progress into a technical Paraplanning role.

Based in the City of London and able to provide a future for the right candidate
The Role
Support a team of 5 advisors with all of their administration including pre and post meeting packs, new business submission, valuations, reports and ad-hoc secretarial duties
Be able to work independently and utilise the autonomy provided in a positive and productive manner
The Candidate
Experienced working at a comparable IFA firm, providing back office support
Must have some strong systems experience, Intelligent Office and wrap platform (Elevate).
Must have experience completing all of the above duties to a high level and at a good pace
