We are working with a leading distribution and engineering business and they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing business.

Regional HR Advisor / HRBP

� Advise, coach and support managers in dealing with HR issues and Employment Law (Ireland)
� Ensure managers adhere to the Company policy and procedures in line with legislation
� Train, guide and support managers in carrying out disciplinary, grievance, performance management, attendance management and recruitment & selection procedures
� Absence management i.e. monitoring long term absence; requesting medical reports; monitoring employee return to work in line with the Equality Act
� Manage Succession Planning for the region. Challenging headcount within the Region.
� Manage regional recruitment at all levels, internal and external. Arranging and attending interviews where required.
� Manage TUPE processes where required.
� Carry out and analyse exit interviews and probationary reviews.
� Provide KPI reports to Head Office in a timely manner.

For this role candidates must have experience of Ireland employment law and must be willing to travel 4/5 days per week.

The role can be based in Ireland or Scotland at a number of different sites
