My client, a large up and coming organisation, are looking for a Financial Controller to join their expanding team. This position, based nearby the Colchester area, to oversee the finance & accountancy. Working within a small team, this role reports into the Managing Director.



Main duties:

� Cash flow forecasting
� Maintaining asset register
� VAT returns
� Prepayments, journals and accruals
� Assisting with budget, P&L and balance sheet
� Producing accounts to trial balance
� Month-end final accounts
� Assisting with budget preparations
� Other expected duties from a fully qualified Financial Controller



Ideal candidate:

� 3+ years� in a similar role
� Qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA
� Business not practice background
� Proficient IT skills (Excel, Sage etc.)
