Job Information

I am currently working on a brand new and exciting position for a stand-alone HR manager in the North West region of London. The company are a well-established estate agent with 15 branches and are looking for someone to come in and take full ownership of the HR role.

This is a stand-alone position reporting directly to the directors, duties will include:

• General day to day HR administrative tasks
• Develop and lead all HR activities and procedures
• Review all existing policies and processes and recommend improvements where necessary
• Take responsibility for all recruitment administration, including: advertising roles, arranging of interviews, drafting offer letters, contracts, regret after interview letters, induction and safe screen management and change to terms and conditions
• Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment selection process
• Input new payee details and data into the systems
• Full control of sickness/maternity/disciplinary procedures
• Be responsible for the background screening process
• Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate
• Deliver monthly payroll to finance
• Supporting and advising managers with employee relation issues ( absence management, capability, disciplinary procedures)
• Ensure the on boarding and induction process is consistent throughout the business and candidates are regularly reviewed throughout their probation period
• Increase business awareness through advertisement on social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and come from a HR background that is of sound character and showing flexibility, tenacity and a strong work ethic. The client is looking for someone who can take full ownership of the HR role and the full recruitment cycle. There is the possibility of growth and training of a small HR team.
