Customer Service Advisor : Leeds city centre

Our client is a leading commercial brokerage who continue to post impressive year on year growth. As a result of this continued success, they are now looking for an insurance professional with a good grasp of commercial package insurance to join their team.

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

� To handle all incoming written and verbal queries swiftly and professionally
� To handle all accounts receivable tasks, taking payments, processing direct debit agreements and issuing refunds.
� Build positive working relationships with clients, informing them of the services we provide.
� To ensure contract certainty is achieved through the timely production and distribution of policy documentation, including but not limited to quotations and statements of fact.
� To respond to any queries and questions from internal and external clients to support effective service delivery.
� To review, investigate and respond to client complaints in line with the complaint handling procedure.
� To identify and communicate areas of possible improvement, and escalate potential TCF issues.
� To carry out ad hoc activity and tasks as identified by business leaders.
� To operate to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key competencies:

� Educated to GCSE standard
� Previous insurance experience
� Holding or working towards Cert CII status would be beneficial
