I am working in partnership with a well-established logistics company who are based in Heathrow. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their successful operation.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will be responsible for generalist and comprehensive HR services to the business. Key duties will include;

• To provide a comprehensive HR advisory service to Line Managers and the business.
• Recruitment and selection.
• Assisting with training programmes and employee development.
• Advise and support employees on company benefits.
• Employee retentions.
• Policies and procedures.
• Employee survey
• Performance management
• Payroll

The successful HR Advisor must be CIPD qualified, self-motivated and people orientated, confident and capable of working individually but able to build strong relationships, liaising and advising at all levels. High level of verbal communication and presentation skills together with solid employment law knowledge is essential.

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 per annum with benefits including; pension, parking, discounts off products and 23 days holiday.
