My client, an established retail organisation based in East London (E16) are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their HR team. This opportunity will suit someone with a couple of years` payroll experience, possess strong administrative skills and a desire to remain within a fast-paced Payroll function.

Main Duties:

• Monthly processing of payroll (end-to-end)
• Implementation of payroll procedures
• Collation of data including- new starters, leavers, sickness absence, overtime, etc
• Updating of all schedules related to payroll processing
• Payslip distribution, processing of payroll letters and preparation of payroll file
• Ad-hoc administrative duties

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years + experience in a payroll position
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Proficient with MS Office

This role will suit someone who is looking to build upon their existing experience and remain within a payroll function. For this position, my client is offering a competitive salary of £24,000 - 27,000 DOE.
