Our Clients are an extremely successful and well regarded firm of FInancial Advisors. They are looking for enthusiastice Graduate to join their programme.

Job details: Permanent, full-time position. The role is varied and interesting; the successful candidate would work on a wide variety of tasks including administration, policy processing, learning the role of Financial Advice and the processes behind it.

The roles will also involve customer support by telephone and email.

Your first year you will learn the role of an Administrator and shadow a Financial Advisor.

Your second year you will join a structured academy and start your Financial Services qualification. Each exam passed and increment will be added to your remuneration.

You will be trained in key areas of the business, and we would seek to identify specific strengths and interests for career progression. Whether that be Technical Paraplanning or Financial Advice.

You should have good communication skills, computer literate, friendly, logical, numerate and hard working.

Skills & experience Enthusiastic, quick to learn, ambitious, and have a good level of higher education ideally Financially related.
