Recruitment Consultant - £21,000 - £25,000 Basic, plus unrivalled and uncapped Quarterly Bonus Scheme that is clear and transparent. A realistic OTE of £35,000-£45,000 in your first year.25 Days Holiday, plus Holiday Bonus` totalling up to 53 days + Bank Holidays + Buy & Sell Scheme. Due to our continued success Cameron James are recruiting for experienced consultants to join our high performing and hard-working team in Leeds City Centre. We are looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants to join the teams working an Accountancy, HR or Insurance desk.
We offer;
• Basic starting salary of between £21,000 and £25,000 DOE
• Uncapped quarterly bonus on revenue + set yearly bonus on revenue + monthly interview bonuses

You`ll walk into;
We are an established team of recruiters, who have all been with the business for a number of years, thus offering a very stable and consistent working environment. Our Recruitment Consultant all have extensive experience within the Accountancy, HR & Insurance sectors; so in addition to the initial training, you will also receive ongoing daily support, advice and training from management and your colleagues.
We expect;
We keep it simple here and focus on effective working. From day 1 you will be expected to;
• Source industry relevant candidates
• Market those candidates via ‘Spec` or ‘Business Development` calls
• Win new business/pick up jobs and negotiate introduction fees payable
• Manage the interview process for both candidates and clients
• Close offers
• Maintain candidate and client relationships, and keep our back office records accurate and up to date
• To remain professional on good days and bad, be a team player and help your colleagues where possible
