We are working with a well-established and growing commercial cleaning services business, who are looking to recruit an experienced in-house recruitment manager.

Reporting into the MD, the role will be mainly to support on the recruitment of managerial and regional roles, in addition to supporting on operational positions. The role will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates, right through to managing the interview and offer process, and on boarding. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Coordinating and managing recruitment across regional and multisite locations
• Managing recruitment for senior level and regional management roles - around 5-10 positions
• Providing assistance with high volume blue collar recruitment
• Sourcing and identifying candidates, including advertising, networking, use of social media and headhunting
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, from initial sourcing, interviewing through to managing offers and assisting with on-boarding
• Reviewing and improving the companies recruitment processors and ensuring they are aligned across departments
• Supporting the business with on-going growth
• Provide specialist advice & guidance to the business on recruitment processes as well as best practice approach



For this role candidates must have strong recruitment experience and be confident managing the full recruitment cycle. Ideally candidates will have experience recruiting for both blue and white collar roles, and have worked on high volume recruitment campaigns.
