Commercial Account Handler : Cumbria

Salary - £28k Dependant on Experience

Cameron James is partnered with a Broker based in Cumbria who due to growth are expanding their team. This is an opportunity that you can really make your own, you can drive your own desk, whether that is dealing with existing business or opening up new avenues for the business.

As an Account Handler you will deal with cross class commercial insurance premiums varying in size dependant on your experience. You will work alongside other experienced Insurance professionals to offer exceptional customer service, market leading cover and value for money to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with Commercial accounts
• Building and maintaining effective relationships
• Treat customers fairly at all times
• Deal with new business, MTA`s and renewals
• Handle and respond to product queries quickly and efficiently

Experience Required

• A minimum of 2 years Commercial broking experience
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
• A desire to develop their knowledge of all classes of Commercial Insurance
• A keen interest in long term career progression
