Commercial Team Leader inc element of Account Handling - Salary Circa £37,500

Location - Harrogate

We are currently recruiting for two potential vacancies each located under the same roof. Both vacancies SHOULD VERY WELL be available effective from the 1st of January 2020. New year, new job!

With branches throughout the UK our client has an extremely strong presence within the UK market. In view of their rapidly expanding nature they are currently awaiting sign off for what will effectively be a new team based within their Harrogate branch, we would like to start sending CVs across in a bid to get the ball rolling early.

The chosen candidates will have a view to develop their career within a professional, very well-established and reputable firm.

Requirements for Commercial Team Leader inc element of Commercial Account Handling

• Build and maintain a close-knit relationship with their team with a confident and enthusiastic approach to management
• Strong Commercial Insurance background, currently employed within the insurance sector
• Ensure KPIs are met by utilising appropriate management skills and experience gained
• Working with clients to ensure their requirements are met in terms of both covers provided and client satisfaction
• Work with clients to understand their business and their approach to insurance and risk management
• Present and administer insurance and risk management solutions to suit the client`s requirement

Requirements for the Trainee Commercial Broker:

• Prospective candidates should have a strong commercial focus, keep themselves up to date with technical, legal and market developments, understand the importance of adhering to company procedures and performance standards to ensure they are compliant with external regulators
• The successful candidate would be joining the firm at a very exciting time, working within a team where they will be able to develop their knowledge base within a friendly and professional environment
• Hit the ground running to engage and build relationships with clients
• Build client relationships by engaging clients with yourself and the product
• Relationship manage, have an eye for detail to ensure that all work for clients is completed to a high standard
