Commercial Account Handler : North West Lancashire

Salary up to £24k DOE plus Bonus, Pension and Health Insurance and other benefits

Our client is a Major Independent Broker with an office structure which covers the whole of the United Kingdom. Due to continued growth they are looking to add a Commercial Account Handler to their well-established team.

Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within a Commercial Broking role previously however a candidate with strong Personal Lines experienced may be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with Commercial accounts
• Building and maintaining effective relationships
• Treat customers fairly at all times
• Deal with MTA`s, renewals and new business
• Handle and respond to product queries quickly and efficiently

Experience Required

• Ideally experience working in the Commercial arena however strong Personal Lines experience may be considered
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
• A desire to develop their knowledge of all classes of Commercial Insurance
• A keen interest in long term career progression
