An Independent Financial Advisers in Epsom are currently looking to employ a new Independent Financial Adviser, to manage a significant existing client bank for a retiring Adviser.



The successful candidate will be;

• Qualified to at least Level 4
• Have prior experience in a CF30 role within a Financial Advice practice
• Demonstrate a good level of ongoing and varied CPD



The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Review and Rebalance existing investment holdings across multiple products
• Analyse funds held and compare their performance to benchmarks
• Recommend Bed & ISA to make portfolios as tax efficient as possible
• Calculate tax charges for withdrawals and transfers
• Calculate and manage IHT Liabilities on entire client portfolio holdings
• Recommend new products and investments to clients where required



The successful candidate will benefit from;

• Having no requirement to bring their own clients, but client banks are welcomed
• A starting basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000
• Bonus of 40% after validation
• Additional bonus of up to £10,000 based on KPI`s and compliance scores
• Full support towards achieving Chartered status, if this is an ambition
