Job Information

My client is now looking for an IFA Administrator to support the team, they offer great progression and study support and are looking for a real team player to come on board.

You will be supporting the IFA with all administration including:

• To provide efficient administrative support to IFAs and Paraplanners
• Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
• To be a point of contact for clients, new business, life offices and members of the business
• Maintain administration systems and ensure client data is accurate and up to date
• Manage and follow up tasks promptly and efficiently, managing the diary with daily workflow
• Manage Letters of Authority (LOA requests) timely and efficiently with providers
• Booking client meetings and managing client servicing queries and calls
• Answering the phone and key client contact
• Compliance documents: Updating valuations, fund lists and ensuring literature is up to date
• Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant Client
• Ensure new business files are compliant with FCA and Company guidelines
• Pulling off spreadsheets and manipulating data
• Sending and raising invoices
