Our Clients` are an award winning investment manager platform and compliance service provider,providing a comprehensive range of compliance, administration, asset and advisory services to alternative investment funds.
They require the services of a Client Delivery and Operations Director who will work closely with the senior management team and will serve as the main interface between them and its client portfolio, working closely with internal departments to meet the full range of clients` requirements and ensure that all operational and commercial client topics are resolved. This is a key role to ensure an optimal client lifecycle. The individual will need to demonstrate strong client negotiation skills, process efficiency orientation, and experience in end-to-end service delivery cycles within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities
1.Hold regular contact with top 20 institutional clients to review service levels and delivery quality
2. Resolve issues on larger multi-party client launches
3. Lead resolution of business critical issues within Client Service Delivery, Billing and General Office Management
4. Lead implementation of key internal projects, such as market abuse monitoring, new processes and procedures, CRM data cleaning, financial control project
5. Oversee team leaders` internal execution of compliance processes
6. Contract Management: drive contract extensions, fee increases, orphan analysis, black hole analysis and drive actions
You should hold a Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance or Business ideally
