I`m currently recruiting for a business based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their business at a time of growth within the business. The role is responsible for full ownership the company wide finances, supervision of junior staff staff, and reports directly to the board.

Main duties:

• Manage the company`s accounting function
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Management Accounting
• Financial Reporting
• Accruals/Prepayments
• Improving systems/processes in the department
• Overseeing all transactional duties
• Compliance with regulatory accounting
• Minimising financial risk
• Monitoring cash flow
• Financial planning

Required experience;

• Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE
• Xero experience
• Strong Excel skills

For this role, my client is offering a salary of £34,000-£40,000 dependent on experience plus a range of additional benefits..
