The Role
 
You will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple divisions, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Provide high-level administrative support across divisions
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including accommodation and expense processing
- Managing travel arrangements for international visitors
- Organising training sessions, conferences, and internal events
- Supporting with the meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
- Maintaining and managing senior management diaries
- Organising internal and external meetings, as well as team-building events
- Updating records to ensure accurate and managing the database
- Raising purchase orders, processing of invoices, and managing supplier records
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Managing expenses
- Arranging meeting room bookings
- Managing subscriptions and renewals
- General administrative support as required

Key skills
 
- Previous administrative experience within a global corporate environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask
- Strong communication skills
