Job Information
We are seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Co-ordinator to join a professional services company. Offering mainly remote working with occasional office days based close to Preston.Working as part of the People team, you will be providing exceptional HR administration and co-ordination support to the team and the wider colleagues.

Core Responsibilities
• Maintain all HR system and develop improvements and efficiencies
• Provide first point of contact support for colleagues
• Update and maintain employee records, issue contracts and changes in terms and conditions and provide regular reporting.
• Assist in ER cases management.
• Support with recruitment campaigns
• Provide additional HR support to the team depending on priorities and projects.
Ideal Person Fit
• Proven experience in HR administration,
• Hold a good understanding of HR practices / Employment legislation
• Highly organised and an eye for detail.
• Experience in HR systems and confident Excel knowledge.
• Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
