We’re recruiting for a Billings Administrator to join a fast-growing telecoms company that prides itself on delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers across the UK.
The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billings Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
• Creating new accounts on the billing platform.
• Accurately processing and managing customers’ monthly billing cycles.
• Maintaining and updating customer accounts to ensure all data is current and correct.
• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies within agreed timeframes.
• Completing daily billing reports.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in [insert relevant software, e.g., Excel, billing platforms].
• Previous experience in a similar role (billing or finance) is advantageous.
