We’re recruiting for a Billings Administrator to join a fast-growing telecoms company that prides itself on delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers across the UK.

The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billings Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Creating new accounts on the billing platform.
Accurately processing and managing customers’ monthly billing cycles.
Maintaining and updating customer accounts to ensure all data is current and correct.
Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies within agreed timeframes.
Completing daily billing reports.

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in [insert relevant software, e.g., Excel, billing platforms].
Previous experience in a similar role (billing or finance) is advantageous.
