A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a growing, friendly and fast‑paced professional services environment. This role offers broad exposure across the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, benefits administration, employee changes, reporting and general HR support. With additional involvement in facilities administration, it’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and delivering a high‑quality service — and who is keen to progress their HR career.

What you’ll be doing
• Supporting recruitment activity: adverts, agency liaison, interview coordination and ATS management
• Managing the new starter process from offer through to probation
• Maintaining accurate employee records
• Coordinating training, tracking and quarterly reporting
• Handling routine HR queries and supporting absence, family leave and leaver processes
• Assisting with benefits administration and preparing HR letters
• Producing regular and ad‑hoc HR reports
• Providing payroll with accurate starter, leaver and change information
• Supporting facilities administration and general HR team tasks
• Contributing to HR projects and people initiatives
 
About You
You’ll be degree‑educated or CIPD Level 3 qualified, with previous HR administration experience and a genuine desire to develop your HR career. You’ll bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong Microsoft Office capability and a meticulous eye for detail. A positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude is essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and handle confidential information with discretion.
